An informal group has been gathering at the National Conference and Midwinter Managers Meeting by word-of-mouth for many years. We extend an invitation to League members to be part of the LGBTQIA+ affinity group and to nominate themselves if interested in being part of an ad hoc steering committee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Creating a sense of belonging where people feel comfortable sharing their ideas allows the orchestra field to benefit from everyone\u2019s talent and abilities. The League\u2019s LGBTQIA+ affinity group aims to foster this sense of belonging, through regular networking and knowledge-sharing events.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/americanorchestras.my.site.com\/lao\/s\/form?id=a1NVt000001lDJ0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Opt in via this form<\/a><\/strong>; please be sure to be logged in to your member account.
