Applicants interested in FY23 awards should take note that the next deadline is July 7 for Grants for Arts Projects Part 2. Prospective applicants should be sure to tune into&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.arts.gov\/news\/events\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">webinars hosted by the NEA<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;and may wish to review the League\u2019s updated&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/americanorchestras.org\/learn\/development-fundraising\/nea-funding\/nea-funding-opportunities\/tips-for-your-nea-grant-application\/\">Grant Tips for Orchestras<\/a><\/strong>, which note key information and several important changes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The NEA has recently released the agency\u2019s\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.arts.gov\/sites\/default\/files\/EquityActionPlan_041422.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Equity Action Plan for Fiscal Years 2022-2026 (PDF)<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0and earlier this year provided an NEA webinar regarding <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=fYM2_hBV1f0&amp;t=2s\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Federal Civil Rights and Your Grant Application<\/a><\/strong>. Next week, on June 1 at 2pm Eastern, the Endowment will host a\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/arts.zoomgov.com\/webinar\/register\/WN_BNAnjjpTTb-_7mEzDIqivw\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">listening session with Chair Maria Rosario Jackson<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0on its Equity Action Plan.
