Six years\u2019 immersion in innovative business frameworks at the Clayton Christensen Institute for Disruptive Innovation has also heavily influenced her approach, along with her experience in nonprofit management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This breadth of experience has cultivated a distinctly empathetic and inclusive viewpoint, enabling Ruth to connect with and advocate for a wide range of
