The <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/americanorchestras.org\/learn\/development-fundraising\/nea-funding\/nea-funding-opportunities\/tips-for-your-nea-grant-application\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">League\u2019s NEA Grant Application Overview<\/a><\/strong> summarizes substantial changes to the eligibility and compliance rules for grantees, including a requirement to comply with all applicable <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.whitehouse.gov\/presidential-actions\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Executive Orders<\/a><\/strong> while the award is being administered.
