This report enables any League member to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Compare salaries by position across peer organizations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Benchmark healthcare, retirement, and other employee benefits<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>For antitrust compliance, the reported data has been appropriately aggregated and masked. In addition, orchestras are reminded that salary and benefits decisions must be made independently and without collusion in alignment with the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/americanorchestras.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/League-Antitrust-One-Pager-Rev-1-2026.pdf\">League&#8217;s antitrust policy (PDF)<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to Access the Salary and Benefits Report<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>To promote greater transparency and support equitable pay practices across the field, the Salary and Benefits Report is made available to <strong>all League members<\/strong>.
