Kyle ensures his clients are able to navigate the complex web of legal, commercial, and regulatory issues that companies face when entering into financing transactions. Kyle has been dedicated these past weeks to mastering the legislation coming out of Washington, D.C. dealing with support and assistance to businesses and individuals adversely affected by COVID-19 virus and attendant crisis. She has a comprehensive litigation background, with a focus on employment-related matters. LaKeisha enjoys working with a diverse clientele on a wide range of issues that arise throughout the employment relationship. Her practice includes discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims; wage and hour disputes; restrictive covenant issues; employment, termination and severance practices and negotiations; discipline and termination hearings; Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) issues; and human resources policies and procedures development and implementation.
